The friction surfaces of the electromagnetic brake pads and coils must be protected from oil, dirt and corrosive artifacts.
It is recommended to use cooled type brakes in high temperature areas.
Electrical connections must be installed with caution against short circuits.
Electromagnetic brake pads should be checked at certain periods and wear surfaces should be observed. In case of wear, there will be differences in braking torque decreases and brake opening and closing time.
It is recommended to check the brake pads at certain period and wear surface should be observed. In case of wear , there will be differences as in air gap and heating problem may cause.
